Set Up Custom Domain for Blogger


In this tutorial i'm using domain hosting on Indosat Net and for DNS Management using ZoneEdit

  1. First you need to purchase a domain, ex : www.aryaqary.com
  2. Login to your blogger, open menu Settings -> Basic -> Publishing -> Blog Address, and then input your custom domain name.

    Blogger will response with DNS settings that you must input on your DNS Management.
  3. Now login to your ZoneEdit, then Add a Domain that you already purchase.

  4. If success then you will be receive message that your domain is parked.

  5. Now go to DNS Settings tab, then input the DNS Settings on the Step (2) and Google IP like in this blogger instructions. After input this settings we must wait up to 3 hours for the DNS to reload.

  6. Now point your DNS at Domain hosting to ZoneEdit like in this picture below.

Okay, that is done. Now you just need to wait for the DNS to reload.
